01
Lesson 1: Python Basics: Variables & Functions
Python variables don't need a declared type — Python figures it out for you. Functions are defined with def and can take parameters and return values.
def greet(name):
return f"Hello, {name}!"
print(greet("Bitlab"))
Your task
Write a function square(n) that returns n squared, and call it with a few different numbers.
02
Lesson 2: Working with Lists
Lists are Python's core collection type — ordered, changeable, and able to hold any type of data. You'll use them constantly when building real applications.
numbers = [4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42]
even = [n for n in numbers if n % 2 == 0]
print(even)
Your task
Given a list of numbers, write code that prints only the numbers greater than 10.
